Background

Our work with Decho AI started on a smaller merchandise project, helping the team bring branded products into the business as it continued to grow. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength.

Following a recent acquisition, what was once a small startup has expanded significantly, creating a need for a more developed and scalable merchandise programme.

As the business grew, so did demand for branded products. The team wanted to elevate their merchandise offering with a carefully selected range of premium items that reflected where the company was heading.


The Challenge

This was more than simply placing a larger order – Decho wanted merchandise that felt aligned with a maturing brand. Products needed to be practical, high quality, and something employees would genuinely use.

With a planned order volume of around 150-200 units across multiple product categories, it was important to get every item right before committing to production.


Our Approach

Rather than moving straight into production, we worked with the team to shortlist a range of potential products.

Samples were then sent for review, allowing the Decho team to assess quality, branding and usability before making final decisions.

This gave the team confidence that the products would meet expectations and ensured the final selection reflected the evolving identity of the business.
