The process was designed to be as simple as possible: Tyler Grange sent their existing stock to our UK warehouse, where we combined it with newly-sourced items selected specifically for the packs. Once product selections were finalised, everything was stored, managed, and fulfilled from our side.
Now, all the Tyler Grange team need to do is:
- Log into the store
- Check live stock levels
- Order a pack
We handle the rest, including packing, fulfilment, and next day delivery.

The biggest shift was operational; instead of holding stock internally and manually building packs, Tyler Grange now has a streamlined system that runs through a single platform.
Stock is visible in real time. Packs can be ordered in minutes. And deliveries are dispatched for next day arrival.
The onboarding experience improved while the internal workload reduced significantly.
