This A5 notebook with hard paper cover contains 92 sheets of 80 gsm lined recycled paper and includes a cotton page marker.

Each notebook also includes sowing seeds, found on the first page of the book. The colour of the notebook dictates the seed type: blue – blueberry, red – strawberry, natural – daisy, lime green – apple, dark green – pine tree.

The seed container and the seeds themselves can be disposed in composting bins or in soil. The page marker and the headband can be discarded in kerbside recycling bins or at your local textile centre.
