I've made a few orders with Project Merch and every experience has been really smooth. Communication is great and the quality has always been 10/10, and everything has arrived exactly as expected. I also like that they share information about their sustainability efforts, it's good to see a company that's making an effort to reduce its environmental impact. Thanks
We’re a Certified B Corp™. Here’s what that means for your merch.
B Corp™certification is the gold standard for businesses that put people and planet alongside profit.
We earned it – and we keep earning it.
What Does B Corp™ Actually Mean?
The B Corp™badge isn’t a marketing label – it’s a legal and operational commitment, verified by global non-profit B Lab.
To earn it, every part of a business is assess across five pillars.
There are currently over 6,000 Certified B Corporations™across more than 80 countries and 150 industries. What sets them apart isn’t a single good policy – it’s a total, independently verified commitment to doing business the right way.
We achieved certification in April 2022, following a rigorous Impact Assessment. Recertification happens every three years, so this isn’t a one-time badge – it’s an ongoing standard we hold ourselves to.

The B Impact Assessment scores businesses out of 200 points.
The average business scores 50.9.
To achieve certification, you need at least 80.

Our score of 93.4 places us well above the certification threshold,
and reflects real actions across every area of our business, not box-ticking.

Governance
B Corp governance goes beyond a mission statement. It’s built into our legal structure. We’re formally committed to considering the impact of every business decision on our stakeholders — workers, clients, suppliers, and the wider community — not just our bottom line. That makes us a Triple Bottom Line business: Profit, People, and Planet, on equal terms.

Workers
We’re proud to be an accredited Living Wage Employer. That’s not a legal minimum — it’s a commitment to pay wages that reflect the real cost of living. We invest in our people’s development, wellbeing, and job satisfaction, because we know that a thriving team is the foundation of a business that does good.

Community
Business doesn’t exist in a vacuum. We use our position to give back — through our Social Mission work, through partnerships with purpose-driven organisations, and by actively being part of the B Corp community in the UK and beyond.

Environment
We’re a certified Carbon Neutral company. Our environmental commitment runs from the products we source, to the supply chains we partner with, to how we operate day to day. We don’t just offset — we actively reduce.

Customers
Our clients are at the heart of how we measure success. That means ethical marketing, clear and transparent pricing, quality products that last, and a process that genuinely reflects your brand values — not just your budget.
