Background

We’ve worked with Reachdesk since 2021, supporting them as a long-term merchandise partner across a wide range of client programmes. Reachdesk leads client strategy and platform fulfilment, while we support selected merchandise briefs requiring specialist production, sustainable innovation, or complex global fulfilment.

Over the last five years, we’ve enabled 80 of Reachdesk’s clients to adopt sustainable merchandise in the orders we’ve delivered for them. From one-off campaigns to ongoing inventory stocking, our role has grown alongside their creative services team.
The focus has always been the same: make global gifting simple, reliable, and better for the planet.


The Challenge

Reachdesk supports clients all over the world, which means merchandise needs to move seamlessly across regions, arrive on time, and meet a wide range of brand and quality expectations.

Orders vary in size and purpose – team welcome packs, client gifts, campaign and event-specific merchandise – often with tight timelines and different destinations.

At the same time, Reachdesk wanted to raise the bar on sustainability. That meant rethinking existing product ranges, educating teams, and offering better alternatives without disrupting client experience.


Our Approach

We work closely with Reachdesk’s sourcing team as an extension of their business.

We help stock client inventory with branded merchandise that can live within the Reachdesk platform. From there, clients log into the portal, build their own branded bundles, and send gifts directly to end recipients.

Behind the scenes, we manage production, and initial delivery. Whether that’s to Reachdesk’s UK, EU, US, CA, or APAC warehouses, or directly to client events.

Supporting Scale and Sustainability

A key part of the partnership is education and guidance.

We regularly recommend eco-friendly alternatives to existing non-sustainable merchandise, helping Reachdesk evolve their offering without compromising on quality or design.

We also spend time educating the sourcing team on products, materials, and branding methods. This includes factory tours, hands-on product sessions, and ongoing advice, so sustainability and quality are baked into every decision from the start.

Together, our partnership has enabled us to plant over 40,000 trees and remove 67.5 tonnes of ocean waste (equivalent to circa 31,725 plastic bottles).
