The journal contains 192 pages, made from bright white 100% post consumer waste recycled paper.

Includes a foreword by Karin Blak, author of The Essential Companion to Talking Therapy, instructions of how to use the journal for maintain and reporting wellness and entries pages for self reflection (5 pages) and day planning (144 pages).

Also includes dotted (16 pages) and plain white sheets (17 pages) for sketching, planning and doodling.

The following extras are available for an additional charge: elastic closure, back envelope pocket, colour ribbon market, elastic pen loop.
