We’ve worked with PKF for a number of years, supporting them with branded merchandise for internal and external campaigns.
To kick start 2026, PKF wanted to send a gift to their team that felt thoughtful and genuinely useful. Something that would land well with a broad audience, feel premium, and reflect a considered approach rather than a one-size-fits-all giveaway.
The brief focused on appreciation, quality, and giving staff something they would actually want to use.
The Challenge
Internal gifting can be surprisingly tricky. Teams are diverse, preferences vary, and expectations are high.
PKF wanted to avoid sending a single item that might not suit everyone. Instead, they wanted to offer choice, while still keeping the experience simple to manage and consistent with their brand.
The solution also needed to scale smoothly due to the size of the order, with no surprises once production began.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the PKF brand team to create a choice-led gifting experience that balanced flexibility with control.
Rather than offering a wide catalogue, we curated two premium options that aligned with PKF’s brand and values. Staff could choose the item that suited their lifestyle best, while PKF retained confidence in the quality and presentation of both.
The Merchandise

Offering a clear choice helped ensure the gift felt personal, without overcomplicating the process.
Going the Extra Mile
Due to the size of the order, it was important to remove any uncertainty before bulk production began.
We produced a full pre-production sample of each item for the PKF brand team to review. This allowed them to see and approve logo placement, branding method, and overall finish in real life, not just on a screen.
Only once everything was signed off did we move into full production. This step gave the team total confidence in the final outcome and avoided last-minute changes or compromises.
The Impact
The gifting campaign landed as intended. Staff received something they could choose for themselves, and PKF were able to deliver a consistent, premium experience across the business.
