Job Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving increased market share and revenue through the refinement of our online presence. You’ll be identifying and implementing SEO opportunities, monitoring and analysing our performance, supporting on the creation of content and copy, and keeping our product range up to date online.

Alongside day-to-day tasks, this role will also be responsible for ad-hoc portal builds for client gifting programs.


What you’ll do

  • Own end to end process of search engine optimisation across the website
  • Analysis using tools such as Adobe, Google Search & Analytics, and third-party rank checking tools, communicating any key areas of focus
  • Support with keyword research, track organic keyword rankings and provide actionable insights to help create strategies
  • Undertake competitor analysis to identify any keyword gaps/opportunities
  • Support Marketing Director with the creation of SEO content
  • Share responsibility for the upkeep of the Product Master
  • Upload new products to the website, working with functions including operations & design to ensure all product info, descriptions and imagery are correct, on-brand, and optimised
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues alongside our Web Development agency
  • Complete industry body training (BPMA Levels 1 and 2)


In busy periods, you may be required to support the Sales function with the quoting process by creating client decks.


What you’ll need

  • 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, resilience, passion and focus
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in HTML for the timely creation of client gifting hubs
  • An active interest in and knowledge of sustainability issues
  • Proficiency in Excel (essential) & PowerPoint (desired)
